Welcome to Pool Academy Training - a division of Pool Academy Aquatics.

We provide quality international courses in aquatics teaching and coaching, as well as sports administration and management, focusing particularly on aquatic sports.

Pool Academy Training (PAT) proudly offers internally compiled courses that are accredited and recognised internationally. As we are based in multiple countries, we have obtained the necessary skills, approvals and partnerships from all the national aquatic federations where we operate.

Pool Academy Training is proud to partner with the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA), offering swim teaching and coaching courses from this awarding body.

 

OUR COURSES

ASCA (American Swim Coaches Association) Level 1 and Level 2 Course: 
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to teach/ instruct people in a Learn To Swim environment without any assistance and has to be completed together. ASCA Level 1 and ASCA Level 2 have been combined for this reason.
 
Price: Rs. 17 000 with a 2 year ASCA membership included
Duration: 5 days
Delivery: The candidate completes this entire course fully online, first finishing ASCA Level 1, and then completing ASCA Level 2 thereafter - within the duration given. 
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least 2 out of 4 swim strokes proficiently
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment 
 
ASCA (American Swim Coaches Association) Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Course: 
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to coach people in a Competitive Swimming environment without any assistance and has to be completed together. ASCA Level 3, 4 and 5 have been combined for this reason.
Price: Rs. 31 500 with a 2 year ASCA membership included
Duration: 5 days
Delivery: The candidate completes this entire course fully online, first finishing ASCA Level 3, then finishing ASCA Level 4 and ASCA Level 5 thereafter - within the duration given. 
Prerequisite: Must have completed ASCA Level 1 and Level 2 
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment 
PAT International Swimming Assistant Course:

This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to teach/ instruct people in a Learn To Swim environment with assistance required.

Price: Rs. 3000 with a 2 year PAT membership included
Duration: 1 day
Delivery: Theory completed fully online with video conferencing, assisted by a Tutor
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least 2 out of 4 swim strokes proficiently
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment + Swimming Assessment
PAT International Swimming Teacher Course:
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to teach/ instruct people in a Learn To Swim environment without any assistance.
Price: Rs. 6500 with a 2 year PAT membership included
Duration: 5 days

Delivery: Fully online with online video conferencing, assisted by a Tutor 
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least 2 out of 4 swim strokes proficiently

Assessment: Online Theory Assessment + Swimming Assessment + Practical Teaching Assessment
PAT International Swimming Coach:
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to coach people in Competitive Swimming environment without any assistance.
Price: Rs. 10 000 with a 2 year PAT membership included
Duration: 5 days
Delivery: Fully online with online video conferencing, assisted by a Tutor 
Prerequisite: Must have completed PAT International Swimming Teacher or completed international equivalent
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment + Practical Coaching Assessment + Shadow Coaching Hours
 
PAT International Sports Administrator (Aquatics):
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to operate all administrative and operational functions in a Sports Organisation, with a particular focus on the Aquatics sector.
Price: Rs. 7500
Duration: 10 days conducted over 2 weeks
Delivery: Fully online with online video conferencing, assisted by a Tutor 
Prerequisite: None
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment 
 
PAT International Sports Manager (Aquatics):
This course will enable a candidate, after its completion, to manage all administrative, operational, financial and marketing functions in a Sports Organisation, with a particular focus on the Aquatics sector.
Price: Rs. 20 500
Duration: 15 days conducted over 3 weeks
Delivery: Fully online with online video conferencing, assisted by a Tutor 
Prerequisite: Must have completed PAT International Sports Administrator or have a letter of completed employment from a previous company, as an Administrator for a period of 2 consecutive years.
Assessment: Online Theory Assessment
